EDGESSENCE is a transformational weekend intensive designed to build your technical foundation in heels and introduce you to edgework in its purest form.

This experience is open to all levels. No prior edgework training is required, only curiosity, commitment, and the desire to move with more precision, depth, and awareness.
What EDGESSENCE Is About
This intensive focuses on understanding edgework from the ground up.
Rather than collecting tricks, you will develop the mechanics and body awareness that make edgework fluid, grounded, and powerful.

Advanced Edgework, Flow & Slink Intensive

EDGECRAFT MASTERY is the advanced evolution of EDGESSENCE (you don't need to attend EDGESSENCE)
-
This intensive is designed for intermediate to advanced dancers who already have a solid edgework foundation and are ready to expand into complexity, seamless transitions, freestyle depth, and personal movement identity.

This is not just about harder techniques. It is about integration.
What EDGECRAFT MASTERY Is About
While we explore more advanced and layered edgework variations, the true focus lies in connection:

Linking elements into seamless combinations

Advanced edgework variations and dynamic & floaty transitions

The intensive is divided into separate levels - after each weekend is five hours of Edgework in Berlin at Muse Pole Dance. You’ll choose only one weekend to join. I’ve structured it this way to make sure everyone trains at the level that’s right for them.

July 4 & 5 - EDGESSENCE: Edgework Foundations
This intensive is suitable for dancers who have never explored edgework before, as well as those with some experience who want to refine and strengthen their basics. We’ll focus on foundational techniques, control, and clarity of movement.​

July 18 & 19 - EDGECRAFT MASTERY: Edgework Experienced or Adv Heels Dancer
This intensive is designed for advanced heels dancers who already have edgework experience and want to dive deeper into skates, floats, and more complex edgework techniques.​​​
