shipping & REFUND

We try to dispatch all orders within 48 hours of receiving the order. Orders placed on the weekend or holidays will be shipped on the first workday. The order will be sent to the stated delivery address, which requires a valid address and phone number. Changes in the delivery address can not be applied afterwards.

 

Shipping times are generally:

  • within Germany, 3-4 days

  • within Europe, 5-8 days

  • within Worldwide (outside of Europe), 10-14 days

 

The exact delivery times depend on:

  • type of shipment

  • holidays/weekend (days stated above is only counted in workdays)

  • customs (Worldwide / outside of Europe)

  • availability of receiver, please leave a reachable phone number or email address for the delivery service to contact you in case of problems with the delivery

 

You will automatically be informed by email with the tracking number when the order is on the way. 

 

CUSTOMS & DUTY

Please note that all shipments outside the European Union may go through customs once they arrive at the destination country. The additional charges for customs clearance are the responsibility of the recipient.

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We want you to love your Haus of Tati pieces, and if you are not satisfied for any reason, you can return or exchange your purchase within ten days of receiving it. You have provided that the product is still in perfect condition and unworn:

  • not washed

  • no irremovable stains

  • no intense smell

  • tags still intact

 

Haus of Tati has the right to refuse returns that are not in perfect and unworn condition.

 

You must notify hausoftati.design@gmail.com of your intent to exchange or return within 10 days of receiving your order, and Haus of Tati must receive the return within 7 days of notification.

We highly recommend sending your return with a registered and traceable service, so your return does not get lost in transit. For return shipments from outside the European Union, remarkable papers are required due to customs given to you from DSTM.

 

Please note that GIFT CERTIFICATES are non-refundable.

SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE, NO RETURNS. 

EXCHANGES

will be processed within five working days, and Hasu of Tati will cover the cost of shipping the replacement item to you.

 

REFUNDS will be processed within a week of receiving the item. Refunds will be made by the original payment method for the cost of the items. Shipping is not refundable.
